The UFC is heading to Australia next for the second major event of the year. UFC 325: Volkanovski vs. Lopes 2 goes down this Saturday, January 31st, at Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney. Headlining the card is a highly anticipated title rematch between Alexander Volkanovski (C) and Diego Lopes (#2). The two met previously at UFC 314 in April 2025, where Volkanovski reclaimed the vacant featherweight title with a hard-fought unanimous decision, outworking Lopes across five rounds despite suffering a second-round knockdown. Given how competitive their first fight was, expectations are high for another five-round war in Sydney.
In the co-main event, lightweight veteran Dan Hooker (#6) squares off against rising contender Benoît Saint-Denis (#8) in what could be one of the night’s most explosive bouts. Between Hooker’s high-volume striking and willingness to trade, and Saint-Denis’ relentless pace and pressure, this matchup is unlikely to go the distance.
